CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A booking fee of 20% will be required for all new clients when scheduling. This fee will be applied to your appointment total and will not be refundable. New clients will not be charged the 50% cancellation fee, but booking deposit will not be refunded.
